- We will assess the right number of men and equipment for the job. Removing and transportation of a kitchen can require 2 to 6men depending on the size, weight and access issues.
- We have the specialist Know How and experience. Removing and delivery of the kitchen especially worktops can be problematic and cause damage without the specialist know how.
- We use specialist equipment in removing worktops and then moving to your storage location. Moving granite with the right equipment is essential, when single pieces can weigh up to 500kg.
- Vans are specifically designed to safely carry stone surfaces. SKR Ltd vans have been specially modified with a padded cradles to ensure the safe arrival of fragile worktop surfaces.
- Most access issues are not a problem. SKR have extensive experience of delivering to domestic properties had have specialist trollies and equipment that can deal with steps etc. Access issues will be identified and managed before we arrive.
- We will inspect your kitchen upon arrival. SKR will check for visible damage and against a sales listing if applicable.
- We will sign off the kitchen when delivered. This might be required to safeguard you if a third party are then working on your kitchen.
